Set Up
Introduction of customer to crew members Walk thru rooms and areas to be painted with customer and crew leader Large furniture moved to center of room and covered with plastic All flooring covered with dropcloths All switch plates, door knobs, handles, and window locks removed from trim before prep and paint Seal doorways of work areas to contain dust

Prep Work
Walls and trim sanded and dusted Holes and cracks repaired Gaps in trim to wall caulked Water stains and wall repairs spot primed

Painting
Ceiling and walls are painted with brush and roll Clean, straight lines between ceiling, walls, and trim All trim tack clothed before applying premium oil enamels with ox hairbrushes Wet inspection and touchups are completed before crew cleans up

Clean Up
All tools and equipment removed Floors vacuumed or swept before moving furniture back Wall fixtures and hardware replaced All trash and cans removed Touch up paint labeled and left with customer
